ENRG Health
Understanding health does not need to be complicated. At ENRG, we look at health and wellbeing in the context of modern living and what can be done to mitigate some of the exposure and/or impact of environment, nutrition, physical and mental challenges. This comes with the understanding that there are only 3 things that can negatively affect the body: Toxicity, nutritional deficiency and trauma (physical/psychological).
3 impacts on the body
Toxicity
Toxicity in the body refers to the accumulation of harmful substances that can disrupt normal bodily functions, leading to various health issues and imbalances in overall well-being.
Nutritional deficiency
Nutritional deficiency occurs when the body lacks essential nutrients required for proper functioning. It can result in a range of health problems and compromise overall physical and mental well-being.
Trauma
Trauma can profoundly impact the body, manifesting as physical symptoms like chronic pain, sleep disturbances, and weakened immune function. It disrupts the body's stress response system, leading to long-term health consequences.
Toxicity
Toxicity occurs when anything that shouldn’t be in the body gets into the body. This includes chemicals, poison and even excess stress chemicals that our body makes but gets overwhelmed with. We are designed to handle these toxins to a large degree; however, this is usually only the case when the body has the full complement of resources in relationship to the amount of toxic exposure to eliminate it.
Many people are unaware of what constitutes a toxin, so to give a very brief overview of what daily toxic exposure looks like here are a few “normal” daily activities that can negatively affect the body.
What causes toxicity?
Water
Food
Air
EMF
Household tap water has many chemicals added to sanitise it for human consumption. Unfortunately, this sanitation presents its own problems. For example, we have been told that fluoride is added to the water to strengthen teeth. Unfortunately, fluoride is toxic to the body and has not been shown to benefit dental health much at all! A quick google search will give both sides of the story, here is a page I found that may be helpful to understand our perspective, Dr Sean Freiberg explains why he does not use fluoride. The body does need iodine and in the absence of iodine, the body uptakes the fluoride in its place, the body thinks it is iodine as the molecules are the same shape, however they are bigger in size and do not perform the same function leaving the body deficient in iodine.

Everybody knows that we should eat plenty of vegetables to stay healthy. Unfortunately, large food production companies use chemicals such as glyphosate to eliminate insects that can affect crop yield. When ingested by the human body, this chemical also kills off the bacteria in the gut that is there to help to digest the food. As a result, the digestive system is compromised and the nutrition from the food cannot be absorbed.

Depending on where you live, the quality of the air can be helpful or harmful to the body, city air would be the best example of lower quality air. This is because of the toxic fumes from vehicles on the road, industrial pollution and many other gas emitting businesses to name a few. Many of these fumes include heavy metals, chemicals and gasses that are toxic to the human body.
Human beings generate electricity, incompatible electromagnetic frequencies affect the human body as they interfere with our own bio resonance. Human bodies operate electromagnetically, one of the ways in which this works is our cells are charged by the frequency emitted by the sun, in particular, the infrared spectrum, utilising the minerals and water in our body. Dirty electricity or compromising frequencies such as wifi, radio waves and phone signals, impacts the flow of charge in the body which can scramble the body’s signalling mechanisms.
Nutritional Deficiency
Like any machine, whether it’s a tractor or a car, there are requirements to make it work smoothly. If they get poor quality fuel, the engine will most certainly not last as long as it could if it had good quality fuel. The fuel the body needs includes good quality water, good quality food, minerals and vitamins in order to make energy and sustain life.
What causes nutritional deficiency?
Water
The very best water you can drink comes from somewhere the supply does not get contaminated, it’s moving rapidly in places and it gets filtered and mineralised by the stones and earth. This means the water is charged/energised in a way the body can use it to its full potential. It is more hydrating, can carry nutrients and eliminate toxins more adequately than water with chemicals in it or that has been processed and stored in plastic bottles. Gerald Pollack speaks at length about the qualities of EZ Water and its role in human life.
The food we eat has changed significantly in the past 80 years with the advent of fast food and convenience foods. They often look like food; however, the nutritional value is low, and it is of little benefit to the body leaving it feeling starved of the resources required to make energy and eliminate toxins.

When plants grow, they get their nutritional needs from the soil, when we eat the plants we meet our nutritional needs from them. Modern farming has stripped the ground of the essential minerals and therefore they are not in the plants and not available to us. In addition to this, genetically modified foods have been changed to not have the original nutritional values of vegetables and fruits our ancestors would have eaten. And finally, the way harvested food is stored and packaged diminishes the remaining nutrients to leave only a fraction of what should be there. Cooking practices also compromise the nutritional content.

Trauma (Psychological/physical)
Trauma (physical or psychological): In the case of physical trauma, for example, broken bone or puncture wound, the body sends the resources required to repair the injury, knitting the tissues or bone together. The body uses inflammation as one of many strategies in the repair process. With psychological trauma, the body uses chemicals to instruct the body to utilise areas of the body to protect it, for example for the fight or flight response, extra blood is sent to the large muscle groups to escape immediate danger. When the stress is ongoing, there is a build-up of these chemicals that can have negative effect on the body. Some effects include, poor digestion, cloudy thinking, poor sleep quality and many more.
So how can ENRG help you?
Understanding what the body needs and how to mitigate many of the impacts on health is the first step to living a healthy, energised and fulfilling life. Some simple decisions based on a holistic understanding of how the body works, can empower a person to confidently choose to enhance the body's ability to do what it has been designed to do. Our body is amazing, it is self regulating and self repairing and it does this without you knowing about it! By supplying the resources, mitigating toxins and understanding the detoxification process, you could be happier, calmer, clear minded and pain free so you can get on with things you love in life.
